BUYING OUR WINES Our wines are available at a number of retail and restaurant outlets. To view the list of outlets click here. Alternatively, our wines can be ordered by posting, faxing or emailing us a completed Order Form which can be downloaded. HOW TO ORDER OUR WINES To order our wines please print our Order Form by clicking on the "Order Online" icon below.  To access the form you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Adobe Acrobat Reader is available as a free download and you can access the Adobe site by clicking on the following icon. The completed Order Form can be mailed to: Willy Bay Wines, PO Box 193, Inglewood WA 6932 Or faxed to (08) 9271 7771 Or scanned and emailed to info@willybay.com.au Orders will be despatched on receipt of payment. Please allow 10 days for deliveries once payment has been confirmed. If you wish to place your Order by phone, please phone 0417 965 686. You will need to calculate the freight cost yourself by checking the Freight Schedule. Work out what your freight charge will be then type this into the Freight $" box. The Total Cost due will be automatically calculated by the form. Australia Post will deliver the wine direct to your door. If you don't want your wine left if you are not home, then click on the appropriate box to arrange collection from your nearest Post Office. If you want your order left, be sure to provide an instruction about where to leave the wine. We currently accept payment by credit card, cheque or direct bank deposit. Details are provided on the Order Form. You will be required to check the box for your preferred method of payment. Once payment is received your order will be despatched. Please allow 10 days for delivery. You can join our Mailing List to receive updates and special offers via the Order Form or by sending us an email. To join our Mailing List via the Order Form just click on one/both of the blue boxes to indicate the method you wish to receive your updates and special offers. If you have indicated that you wish to receive mail via email please make sure you provide your email address in the Delivery and Contact Details section of the form. You can always unsubscribe to our e-mail list at any time if you change your mind. Alternatively, send us an email and let us know that you wish to join our mailing list by including the words "Join Mailing List" in the Subject Field and providing us with your name and the email address to be used for sending you updates and special offers. Your details will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will only be used by Willy Bay for the purpose of distributing regular updates and special offers. Wholesale enquiries are welcome and can be made by either contacting us via email at sales@willybay.com.au or phoning us on 0417 965 686. Policies and other Boring Bits Harm Minimization The boys and girls at Willy Bay are very serious about the responsible provision of liquor. Wine is an extremely enjoyable beverage, and taken in moderation may even have health benefits. However, too much alcohol may be harmful to your health and we discourage the over consumption of liquor in any form. We take every precaution to ensure that our wine is not sold to persons under 18 years of age. Please do not drink and drive. Privacy Policy The boys and girls at Willy Bay respect your privacy (no really, we do!). If you receive any communication from us which you don't want repeated, then please contact us (fax, e-mail, phone, smoke signal) and we will purge you from our mailing list. We have made every effort to make sure that everybody on our e-mail list has either requested to go onto it, or has not asked to be deleted from it when we send confirmation e-mails for this purpose. Unfortunately, mistakes do happen from time to time, so if you receive e-mail and this annoys you, then please reply to us with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject line or in the body of the e-mail and we will delete you from the list (you can use other words as well if you want to describe exactly how annoyed you really are!) We do keep some information about you - your name and contact details and what wines you have purchased from us. We do not keep a record of your credit card details, so we will need to keep asking you for this information each time you order wine using your credit card (this can also be annoying, but we are very security conscious!) Refund Policy We are extremely proud of the quality of Willy Bay Wine. However, if for any reason, you are not satisfied with the wine, then we will cheerfully provide a refund or send you replacement wine. Special Offers From time to time, Willy Bay makes a special offer which may involve discounts, free wine, vouchers or other forms of bonus for buying our wine. The intention of these offers is to encourage you to buy Willy Bay Wine and to have a bit of fun. We make every effort to carefully describe the exact nature of the offer, but sometimes our efforts can be misinterpreted. We strive at all times to be fair, but we reserve the right to make the final decision if there is an argument. If our advertising has been confusing or misleading and this has caused you to purchase then we will arrange a full refund. Willy Bay Wine Club The Willy Bay Wine Club is a loyalty scheme where members get benefits over and above the general public and we hope to get purchasing loyalty from members (we warned you this was boring!). However, we reserve the right to change entry conditions to the club, amend membership benefits at any time or cancel club memberships without notice. Delivery Policy We ship your wine once full payment has been made. For credit card payments, the amount is deducted from your account on the same day that the wine is shipped. Shipping may take up to ten days, depending on your address. For cheques, we ship the wine once your cheque has been cleared. Normally, this takes three working days.
